HVAC, Boiler & Heat Pump Service in Montgomery, NY

Montgomery homeowners choose us because a historic house rewards a careful hand, and we bring one. The Village of Montgomery is one of the region's most intact 18th- and 19th-century centers — thick walls, tall ceilings, original cast-iron radiators on Clinton and Union Streets — and out past the village the valley farmhouses along the Wallkill River run heating that has been part of the house for a century.

We retrofit and replace boilers without disturbing that period character, matching a high-efficiency unit to the existing hot-water loop so the radiators stay put. Where a homeowner wants modern comfort, we fit heat pumps that heat and cool without gutting plaster. Every system is sized with an ACCA Manual J calc rather than a square-footage shortcut that old floor plans defeat, our techs are EPA 608 certified, and the estimate comes in writing. From our Carter St shop it is a planned run out Route 17K and 211 — we book a full window so nothing in an old home ever feels rushed.
