HVAC & Emergency Heating in Walden, NY

Walden homeowners keep our number because the Wallkill River does not wait, and neither do we. Along the older streets near the falls — Walnut, Orchard, the packed village blocks — basements sit first in line when the river rises after a hard rain or spring melt, and that basement is where the furnace lives. We install new furnaces and boilers above the flood line wherever the layout allows, with controls and electrical lifted clear.

Because the river can turn a cold night into a no-heat emergency fast, we run 24/7 emergency furnace repair so a swamped or failed system gets reached quickly — the sooner we are there, the more we can usually save. It is a familiar twenty-one-minute run out Route 52 through Coldenham from our Carter St shop, inside our 60–90 minute average emergency response. Our techs are EPA 608 certified, we size replacements with a Manual J calc, and we give an honest written call on whether a water-damaged unit is safe to restart — safety before a sale, every time.
